Attorney James Flynn, the founding Partner of The Flynn Law Firm P.A., brings a wealth of experience to the firm. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Georgia Southern University and earned his Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School.
Before establishing The Flynn Law Firm P.A., he honed his skills in plaintiff subrogation, product liability, and construction defects at a nationally recognized firm in Tampa, and served as an Assistant State Attorney in Pinellas County — gaining valuable insight into civil litigation.
A leader in the legal community
A distinguished figure in the legal community, Attorney Flynn has held important leadership roles — president of the Fred G. Minnis Bar Association and the Pinellas County Trial Lawyers Association (where he also served as Vice President), and General Counsel of the Pinellas County Urban League.
Outside his legal career, James is a devoted family man. He and his wife, Danielle, have been happily married since 2008, and their daughter Peyton is at the center of their lives.
